THE ACCT IS WORKING ON THESE THREE CONCERNS TO IMPROVE AC&C 2010
as we are planning on being in Batavia again:

1. Banquet -- we are looking at a buffet style dinner instead of a sit-down dinner due to the size of our membership attending this event.

2. Rooms -- securing enough housing for everyone to stay in the hotel, now that we have a good idea on actual attendees at this site and the hotel better understands this need.

3. Moonglow -- better, larger stage area, as well as more support from the Team to the Hostess Chapter regarding planning of the evening's program.

The ACCT is aware of these concerns and are already working on making changes so please refrain from repeating them on your ACC 2009 Evaluation Forms - Thank You!
