We also wanted to send a remainder that food will not be permitted in the classrooms and that you should know the  

School Band Boosters will be at the school to provide food/beverages for purchase.
 

Their tentative schedule and offerings are as follows:

Friday Evening:    Beverages & maybe Pizza slices and possibly something else.

Sat Morning:       Coffee, Juices, Muffins & Danish (or something similar)

Sat Lunch:           Lunch will be available to purchase

Harmony Around the World T Shirts Available

Harmony Falls Chorus, the Hostess Chapter, is making T-shirts available to all Area 3 members.  The shirts will have the contest logo on the left shoulder and are available in Women’s V-neck or Adult Crew Neck T shirt styles. Three colors are available for each shirt in a range of sizes and each shirt is $15.00 US funds.   Please send ONLY ONE order form with ONE check or Money Order from your chapter/quartet.  Please NO Individual Orders (with exception of associate members). Descriptive materials about the shirts and an order blank have been sent on a separate email. Orders MUST be received at the address on the order blank by April 1, 2011. Shirts are to be picked up at AC&C in the hospitality room.

Moonglow

Since our contest theme is Harmony Around the World, be sure to plan on dressing for an international theme for the banquet and Moonglow. Costumes and outfits from around the world are encouraged!

Hospitality Room

Choruses are encouraged to bring a basket for the fund-raising raffle. A portion of the proceeds will be donated to an International Hunger Relief effort to be announced in the 2^nd mailing.   If your chorus wishes to sell their CDs they may do so by contacting Jo Swanson josephine@zoom-dsl.com .  Please register with Jo by April 15.  You will be provided with a spot in the Hospitality Room to be staffed by one of your chapter's members.
